Once we have received the deposit on your puppy, they are marked as RESERVED and we send over a puppy agreement for you! The puppy agreement reflects the deposit made, total balance due, and details all of our health guarantees and what you will receive from us with your puppy! We will then stay in touch with you with weekly photos and progress reports so that you can share in the puppy's growth while they are still here with us!!

Once we have approved your application telling us about yourself and what kind of puppy you are dreaming of, you would first choose the litter you think best suits your needs for timing and puppy characteristics. We take a $150 reservation deposit to hold a certain color/sex pup from an upcoming litter. So, for example, if you wanted a blue merle male pup from the Houston X Laramie litter, you could be first or second pick of blue merle males in the litter, depending on when your deposit was received. Once the litter is born, we will send all photos and videos of any blue merle males born in the litter to first deposit in line to make their choice of the blue merle males. Once 1st pick chooses, we then send the remaining available blue merle males for 2nd pick to choose from. So....what happens if no blue merle males ( or not enough) were born in the litter? In that case, you would have these options: 1) Choose another available pup from the litter. 2) Transfer your $150 reservation deposit to another upcoming litter. 3) Get a refund of the $150 reservation deposit.

Once you have chosen a puppy from the litter, we take an additional $250 deposit, making your total non-refundable deposit $400, and your balance will be due at 8 weeks of age. We have very successfully placed the exact color and sex puppies people were hoping for in many happy homes using this reservation process!

Yes! Our puppies' health is a primary concern of ours on every litter! Puppies have tails and dewclaws removed prior to 3 days of age. (If someone requests to leave tails or dewclaws intact, we are happy to honor that request, just ask us about our policy for that!)

Puppies are started on a biweekly deworming program at 2 weeks of age, and they receive their first vaccination at 7 weeks of age. Most puppies leave us at 8 weeks of age, but in the case that they stay with us longer, vaccinations and deworming are kept current until they leave. 

We love sending our puppies home with puppy baskets full of fun goodies and information! We send puppy toys and gifts, a blanket with mom and siblings' scents to make those first days away a little more comforting, a health record book detailing dates of any medications, shots, and dewormers, lots of educational material ranging from house-training and socializing, to medications to watch out for, and breed information. We start all of our puppies on Purina Pro Plan Chicken & Rice Puppy food, and send them home with a starter bag of the food! We also send puppies home with a complimentary 30-days pet insurance plan that you can activate to have your pet covered from the moment they become yours!
